Anise Fuller

CEO / Founder / Executive Producer

Anise Fuller is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, entrepreneur, and creative executive whose work spans film, television, live production, and strategic media development. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Fuller has built a dynamic career in the entertainment industry as a director, producer, casting director, writer, and former professional dancer and actress. Her storytelling work has earned recognition on the film festival circuit, with her award-winning films receiving multiple honors and accolades for their compelling narratives and bold creative voice.

Fuller is the founder of Walk By Faith Productions, a certified WBEC, WOSB, and MBE full-service video production company dedicated to producing impactful visual storytelling and culturally relevant content. Through a strategic partnership with Tri-Destined Studios, the company has expanded its production resources and industry reach, strengthening its ability to deliver high-level content while maintaining a competitive edge in the evolving media landscape.

Fuller also served as Managing Director of the historic COLSAC Theatre, one of the only Black-owned theaters in Hollywood. During her tenure, she further honed her skills as a producer, director, and casting professional while helping to cultivate new creative voices within the theater community.

In addition to her creative work, Fuller has held leadership roles within major entertainment studios, including Communications Director for the Black Employees Business Resource Group at Warner Bros. Studios and Outreach Chair for the Employees of Color Business Resource Group at NBCUniversal. In these positions, she played a key role in advancing initiatives that promote inclusion, mentorship, and professional development for underrepresented communities within the industry.

Committed to service and mentorship, Fuller has also served on the Board of Directors for the Diamond in the Raw Foundation, a Los Angeles nonprofit dedicated to exposing at-risk teenage girls to careers in the entertainment industry both in front of and behind the camera.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance of Women Directors and as Events Chair for the Black Directors Advancement Initiative, where she leads programming designed to elevate and support the next generation of women and gender expansive directors.

Fuller was also selected to participate in 50 Women Can Change the World in Entrepreneurship, an international leadership program focused on empowering women to lead transformational change within their industries and communities.

Through her filmmaking, leadership, and entrepreneurial work, Anise Fuller continues to champion diverse storytelling, amplify marginalized voices, and build platforms that create meaningful opportunities for the next generation of creatives. At the age of 15 she was introduced to the works of the filmmaker Robert Townsend and his film "Hollywood Shuffle" and that gave the motto that she still goes by today, "in order for you to change perception of what's on screen, you have to be in control of what is being seen."
